Whether you’re a licensed real estate agent, a new owner or a current Coastal owner with more properties, there’s a reward waiting for you when you refer new property management clients to Coastal Realty Services.
Agent Referral Program
Monthly Rent Referral Fee
- $1495 or less $350
- $1500 – $1995 $500
- $2000 or more $750
* Referral Fee paid after a signed agreement and first month’s rent is collected.
* Only licensed real estate agents are eligible to receive referral fees.
Agent Loyalty Reward
Once you’ve referred 5 properties into management, you’ll be automatically upgraded to receive $750 for every qualifying referral going forward, no matter the rent amount*.
* Minimum monthly rent of $1,500 required for the $750 payout. If under, you’ll continue to receive $500.
Owner Bonus Program
New and current property owners who refer properties into management (including their own additional properties) will receive:
1 month of FREE management per property referred!

Eviction Protection
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly.
