Originally from Kentucky, I’ve been visiting Destin and 30-A since childhood, and I’ve been lucky enough to call the Emerald Coast home since 1995. After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School, I earned a degree in Business Management from FSU and spent 15 years in banking, lending, annuities, insurance, and general management. Now, I’m bringing that experience (and a dash of Southern hospitality) to real estate, where I get to do what I love most: help people. Outside of work, you’ll find me teaching dance, spending time with my family, or soaking up nature!

I first landed on the Emerald Coast with the military in 1991, and after retiring, my family and I decided we’d found our forever spot in this beautiful area. I started in real estate back in 2010 as Coastal Realty Services’ Maintenance Director, got my Sales Associate license in 2012, and soon became a property manager. By 2016, I was named Director of Property Management. Having grown up as a military brat and lived here since 1994, I’ve got the Emerald Coast down to a science!

A proud UCF alum, I met my wife at 18, and now we’re the happy parents of three beautiful girls: Gianna Isabella, Mila Rose, and Lyla James. Outside work, I’m all about family time—whether we’re enjoying the water or cheering on our favorite teams. I’m also dedicated to the local community as a member of Beachside Community Church and recently wrapped up a term on the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Board. Local expertise, family focus, and community roots—that’s my recipe for real estate success!

Janet Bishop

Raised in a military family, I finally put down roots along the beautiful Emerald Coast, graduating from Niceville High and studying music and business at NWF State College. After six years of military service, I took a detour into real estate, which turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime!

I’ve worn many hats—working for a real estate attorney, a developer, and even as a loan processor—before dedicating 16+ years to life as a Realtor and property manager. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me fishing, kayaking, cheering on college football, or singing in my church orchestra and choir. I’m also honored to serve as the Public Relations Officer for AmVets Post 78. It’s all about blending passion, service, and maybe just a little bit of fishing wisdom into everything I do!

Now a father of three, I enjoy my work in real estate and proudly volunteer with Coastal’s annual Relay for Life team. Kelly Goodsell

With a last name like mine, I was practically destined for real estate—thanks to my husband for that! Born and raised on the Emerald Coast, I’m lucky to be raising our two daughters here, too. I have a Bachelor’s in Business Management from UWF and started out as a recruiter in higher education, where I got to help people find their dream jobs. Now, I’m helping clients find their dream homes instead. Same mission, different address!

Community involvement is close to my heart, and I’ve organized fundraisers for causes like March of Dimes and Toys for Tots. Giving back and staying connected is my passion, just like sharing the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Braxton Dickerson

Originally from Oklahoma, my wife and I fell in love with the Emerald Coast after years of vacationing here and decided to make it our permanent home. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we welcomed our first baby girl in April 2020.

With a marketing background from Northwest Florida State College, I also serve as a local Firefighter/EMT and bring experience in residential remodeling and construction. My passion for helping people led me to obtain my real estate license, allowing me to guide clients through one of life’s biggest milestones—their homes. Born and raised in a small Louisiana town, I’m known to friends as ‘Cajun Patty,’ and I can tackle ten pounds of crawfish like a pro! After serving in the Marines and 23 years as a military spouse, I settled here in the Panhandle. Now, I’m blessed with four grown kids, three grandbabies who call me Nae Nae, and a husband who’s a retired Alabama state police investigator.

With six years in real estate closings and over thirty as a paralegal, I understand every angle of the closing process. I’m a certified Military Relocation Professional, Florida Military Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist. When I’m not helping clients, I’m either on the boat, crafting, or deer hunting in Alabama. Family, faith, and making clients feel at home—that’s what it’s all about for me!
