Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, unfortunately, we cannot hold a place before you apply. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The security deposit is due when you sign the lease. The first month's rent and any additional deposits (if required) are due when you pick up the keys. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone over the age of 18 who will live in the home needs to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refundable (minus a rekey fee and a tile/carpet fee) if the property is returned in the same condition or better than when you received it. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We do not accept co-signers. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent online or stop by our office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Give us a call first to check if your property is pet-friendly. If it is, we’ll help you complete a pet application. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You'll need to complete a roommate letter. Just give us a call, and we'll assist you with the process. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Fill out a 30-day notice. Contact our office, and we can email you a copy, or you can stop by to pick one up. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The property owner handles repairs and maintenance, except for things like replacing light bulbs, batteries in smoke detectors, AC filters, toilet flapper valves, and any tenant-caused damage.
