After retiring from the Navy, I planted roots in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and have proudly called it home for the past 30 years. Originally from Kentucky, I’ve been visiting Destin and 30-A since childhood, and I’ve been lucky enough to call the Emerald Coast home since 1995. After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School, I earned a degree in Business Management from FSU and spent 15 years in banking, lending, annuities, insurance, and general management. Raised in a military family, I finally put down roots along the beautiful Emerald Coast, graduating from Niceville High and studying music and business at NWF State College. After six years of military service, I took a detour into real estate, which turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime!
I’ve worn many hats—working for a real estate attorney, a developer, and even as a loan processor—before dedicating 16+ years to life as a Realtor and property manager. I’ve been with Coastal Realty Services since 2010, starting as Maintenance Director before becoming a licensed Sales Associate in 2012. From there, I served as a Property Manager until 2016, when I was named Director of Property Management—a role in which I helped lead the acquisition of four management companies and drove significant portfolio growth.
In July 2025, I stepped into a new role as Business Development Manager, where I’m building the department from the ground up. My focus is on expanding client relationships, strengthening community connections, and creating new growth opportunities for the Coastal team.
Raised in a military family, I’ve called the Emerald Coast home since 1994. I’m a proud UCF graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice and a deep love for this community. My wife and I are raising our three daughters here, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find us at the beach, at gymnastics meets, or serving through our local church.
I’ve served as a Board Member for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (2016–2020) and have been a small group leader at Beachside Community Church since 2017. For me, real estate is all about relationships, local expertise, and a strong commitment to the people we serve.
Braxton Dickerson
Originally from Oklahoma, my wife and I fell in love with the Emerald Coast after years of vacationing here and decided to make it our permanent home. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we welcomed our first baby girl in April 2020.
With a marketing background from Northwest Florida State College, I also serve as a local Firefighter/EMT and bring experience in residential remodeling and construction. My passion for helping people led me to obtain my real estate license, allowing me to guide clients through one of life’s biggest milestones—their homes. I love what I do and look forward to making the real estate process smooth and enjoyable for every client.

Born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, I graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School and have spent my career working hands-on in the community I call home. Before returning to real estate, I worked on the water for several years renting boats, maintaining them, and handling repairs. I’ve also spent extensive time doing home repairs, which gave me a practical, real-world understanding of how properties function and how to maintain them properly.
Licensed as a Florida Sales Associate since 2015, I am a third-generation member of my family to work at Coastal Realty Services. Today, my focus is on property management and sales, helping clients make confident, informed decisions while protecting their investments.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time chasing after my two kids, Henry and Mia, alongside my wife, Haleigh.
